1. Short - running time must be under three minutes
   
2. Format - The following formats are supported: Windows Media (.wmv); Audio Video Interleave (.avi);
   QuickTime (.mov); MPEG 1/2/4 (.mpg, .mpeg); 3rd Generation Partnership Project (.3GPP)
3. English-Language or no dialogue only
4. Year of Production - no earlier than January 1, 2005
5. Exclusive Canadian mobile distribution rights must be available for one year only
6. Copyrights - all content, music, actors must be cleared - no exceptions!
7. No porn, and no extreme violence.

Submit each film once, you may submit more than one film, but they must all be different.
